HOSTEL POLICIES
- You can check-in after 3:00pm.
- You must check-out no later than 12:00 pm. After that time there will be an additional charge of 50,000 pesos for two additional hours.
- All adults and children must present a form of identification at check-in: passport, driver’s license or ID card. For minors you must also present a form showing the relationship of the minors to the accompanying adults.
- To guarantee your reservation (if direct) you must pay 50% of the total value of the service once your reservation has been confirmed.
- If the reservation is canceled 6 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
- If the reservation is canceled between 6 and 4 days in advance, 90% of the money paid will be refunded; with 3 or 2 days in advance, 80% will be refunded. After this time, if the reservation is not canceled and people do not show up at the Lodging on the agreed date, the value corresponding to one night will be kept and the reservation for the following nights will be automatically canceled.
- If you want to modify your reservation, you must do it at least three days prior to the check-in date, otherwise a 15% penalty will be charged. The furthest you can postpone a reservation is up to 90 days ahead of your original check-in date. If you do not use the reservation during this period of time you lose the deposit given to the hostel, if the rates change during this period, the guest must pay the excess.
- Once the service has started, no refunds will be given for any reason.
